Online Returns and Exchange Policy
- If your hat is anything less than perfect upon arrival, we would love to hear from you. We take pride in the quality of our products, if there are any discrepancies please contact us as soon as possible. Sales are final 30 days after receiving the merchandise.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns and exchanges, this includes the exchange for a new size. Unless we have made a mistake in the processing of your order, shipping costs are obligated by the customer.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please include the receipt or original packing slip, RMA number, and reason for refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging material with the tags attached in the same manner as they were received. Merchandise must be unworn and unaltered to be eligible for return or exchange. Please call (316) 518-2291 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the return or exchange of your purchase.
- If any of the above conditions are not met, we can reject the returned merchandise, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the returned shipping back to them.
- Any customization of a product will render it non-returnable. This includes shaping beyond the original design of the hat, stretching or trimming of hats.
- Exceptions will be made to the above refund policy if the product is defective, damaged, or in the case of order processing errors.
- We recommend customers to hold onto carrier tracking information for any packages sent back to us, in case an item is lost or damaged during transit.
- As a courtesy to our customers during Christmas, any items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 31st, will be allowed to be returned by Jan 31st, providing all other conditions are met.
- Please allow up to 30 days for exchanges or returns to be processed.
